Impress Hardwood Floors was officially established in 2016 in New Jersey. Carlos brings the knowledge and expertise he gained from working in NY, NJ, and PA for several years for contractors, stores and union companies.
Cindy and Carlos moved to Wilmington, NC in 2019, and began impressing new exclusive clients in the area with Carlos’ craftsmanship and Cindy’s ability to make their visions reality.

We are incredibly proud of our hardworking team! Comprised of 9 flooring specialists we are able to help with any project at any time. Often times we’ll even have multiple jobs going on at the same time. They manage projects in a professional and detailed manner that continually leaves our customers impressed.
Cindy Carol
You’ll most likely talk with her first when starting a flooring project. This kind face will help you with anything and everything. Heck, I’m pretty sure she’d even give up the shirt on her back to help out. There really isn’t a more hardworking, genuine, and loving human being.
Carlos Alberto
You’ll probably see him in your house fixing the flooring. He’s the muscle and know-how to get things done! It may look like he’s working quickly, but no detail is left undone. His years of experience in flooring is showcased like moving art within your home. Don’t hesitate to ask him any questions while they’re working. He’d love answer!
