Our floors consisted of approximarely 1500 square feet of wide plank white oak and a set of stairs. The floor was cupped from bad dehumidifiers, and oil based polyurethane had been applied initially at new construction. The original finish had turned yellow. We had all floors sanded to perfect smoothness and 3 coats of Bona water-based polyurethane applied. No stain was applied as the wood was left natural. New  shoe molding was installed. Carlos and Cindy did an exception job. I would totally recommend them as they are both very professional and knowledgeable.

Look no further for your floor replacement!!!! Satisfied is an understatement. This company was responsive, showed up when scheduled, worked hard, & completed the job at 100% satisfaction. My floors are gorgeous! They were kind and professional. I have 0 complaints. Also more reasonably priced than other companies that quoted me. I really like the ability to choose my own flooring, from company of choice. I went with LL flooring to purchase waterproof vinyl laminate and they were amazing too.

Wow! Impress . . . Impressed me! Very professional and fast. Everything was done 2 days early than predicted. Floors look great, price was unbeatable. Very friendly, family owned and operated, I will definitely use their services again and recommend to my friends and family.

This company did a great job installing our flooring.  They started work immediately and worked hard until they were finished. They did quality work and at a fair price. I would absolutely use this company again and have already recommended then to several neighbors. Their communication was great - tell you went they are coming, kept me informed on status of supplies on order and work schedule. Also very professional and conscientious. They tell you when they are going to be there and showed up on time, early for the actual work, very polite, hard workers, gentle with moving your items, and tips on taking care of the floor.

They did a GREAT job on repairing the floor. Impress is an appropriate name
